- No. Ticket Finder UK is an aggregator. We find the event, then send you straight to the official seller — Ticketmaster, Skiddle, Eventbrite, Fatsoma or the promoter's own page — to complete your purchase. We never take payment or handle your card details.

- How often are listings updated?
- Our sync runs every four hours, pulling fresh listings from the Ticketmaster, Skiddle, Fatsoma, Eventbrite and Bandsintown feeds, then de-duplicating identical events by name, venue and date so the same event never appears twice.
- Are these official tickets, not resale?
- Every link goes to a primary, official seller or the promoter's own ticket page. Ticket Finder UK does not list resale or secondary-market tickets.
- What happens if my event is cancelled or moved?
- Refunds and rebooking are handled by the seller you bought from, because your purchase contract is with them. Contact their customer service directly — Ticket Finder UK cannot issue refunds, and we're not liable for cancelled or postponed events.
