What Ticket Finder UK is

Ticket Finder UK is an event aggregator and search engine based in Milton Keynes. We collect publicly available listings for UK events, club nights, raves and festivals from sources including Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Skiddle, Fatsoma and Bandsintown, plus listings submitted by promoters, and present them in one searchable place.

We do not sell tickets

We are not a ticket seller, box office, promoter, venue or reseller. Every "Get Tickets" button takes you to the official seller's own website, where your purchase contract is formed with that seller and subject to their terms, fees and refund policy. We never handle your payment details.

Listings, prices and accuracy

Prices shown are "from" prices captured when we last synced and may change, sell out or differ once fees are added at checkout. Always check the price on the seller's page.
Dates, times, line-ups, ages restrictions and venues are supplied by third parties and may change without notice.
We work to keep listings current but give no warranty that any listing is complete, accurate or available.

Affiliate links

Some outbound ticket links are affiliate links. Ticket Finder UK may earn a commission when you buy through them, paid by the seller at no extra cost to you. This never affects the price you pay or the order of results. See our affiliate disclosure.

Cancelled, postponed or changed events

We are not liable for events that are cancelled, postponed, moved, oversold or altered, nor for refunds, travel costs, accommodation or any other loss arising from them. Refunds and rebookings are handled solely by the seller or promoter you bought from.

Gold Star Events & promoter listings

Ticket Finder UK lets promoters, venues and organisers publish their own events on the site as Gold Star Events. To do so you must create an organiser account using a valid email address and password, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

When you submit an event it is reviewed by our team before it appears on the site. We may approve, reject, edit or remove a listing at our sole discretion, and approval of one listing does not guarantee approval of future listings. A listing that is edited after approval returns to the pending state and must be re-approved before it is shown again.

The standard fee for a Gold Star Event listing is £25 per event. During launch this fee may be waived, in which case listings are free. We reserve the right to introduce, change or remove the listing fee at any time; the fee that applies is the one in effect when you submit and pay for your listing. Where payment is required it is taken by card through our payment provider (Stripe), and the fee is non-refundable except where required by law.

Paying the listing fee (or submitting a free listing) gives you a single placement of that event in the Gold Star Events grid for the period it remains approved and relevant. It does not guarantee a particular position, duration of display, or volume of clicks, and it does not affect the order of organic search results.

Promoter responsibilities & listing content

You must have the right to publish the event, artwork, video and ticket link you submit, and you grant Ticket Finder UK a non-exclusive licence to display them for the purpose of listing the event on the site.
Listings must be accurate and lawful. Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, defamatory or unlawful content, or content that breaches a third party's rights.
You are solely responsible for the event itself and for honouring tickets sold through your own ticket link. Ticket Finder UK does not sell tickets to your event and is not a party to any transaction between you and ticket buyers.
You may edit or remove your event at any time through your account, but any edit to an approved listing is subject to re-approval before it is shown again.
We may remove any listing, suspend or terminate an organiser account at any time if we believe these terms have been breached.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy or republish our listings at scale without written permission.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful event listings.

Intellectual property

The Ticket Finder UK name, site design and editorial content belong to us. Event artwork, names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and referral purposes.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from any third-party website we link to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
